1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order value:

• Orders under £30.00: Standard flat-rate shipping — £6.99
• Orders £30.00 and over: Standard shipping — free

The applicable shipping cost is shown clearly at checkout before you complete payment.

3. Order Processing and Delivery Times
All estimates below are based on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays):

• Order cut-off time: 12:00 PM (GMT), London
• Handling / processing time: 1–2 business days
• Transit / delivery time: 3–5 business days
• Total estimated delivery: 4–7 working days from the date the order is placed

Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on weekends or public holidays, begin processing on the next business day. While our carriers may deliver on weekends, our processing times are based on business days.

Where no different delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order is placed, as required by applicable UK consumer law.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment-confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active after the carrier receives the parcel.

5. Delivery Delays and Issues
We make every effort to deliver within 4–7 working days, but occasional delays may occur due to postal disruption, severe weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. If your order has not arrived within 8 business days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where an order is not delivered within an agreed or legally required timeframe.
