The payment methods currently available are displayed at checkout. Available options may vary depending on your location, device and the payment provider. Your order will only proceed after the selected payment method has been successfully authorised.

Secure Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Shopify and/or the third-party payment providers made available at checkout. Phoneasy does not normally receive or store your complete payment-card details. Please never send full card or payment information to us by email.

Currency and Charges
All product prices and payments are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP), unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.

Shipping is charged based on order value: orders under £30.00 are charged a standard flat-rate shipping fee of £6.99, and orders of £30.00 and over receive free standard shipping. Any applicable shipping charge and the final order total are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Payment Authorisation
By submitting an order, you authorise the selected payment provider to charge the total amount displayed at checkout. If payment is declined, cannot be authorised or requires additional verification, the order may be delayed, refused or cancelled.

Billing Information
Customers must provide complete and accurate billing and contact information at checkout. An order may be delayed or cancelled if the supplied information is incomplete, inaccurate or cannot be verified.

Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and business, Phoneasy or its payment providers may review transactions for suspected fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity. We reserve the right to delay, refuse or cancel an order where there are reasonable security concerns. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method without undue delay.

Refunds and Cancellations
